Privacy Policy

UnlockAI ("we", "this site"), operated by PT Kowe Astrava Media, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). In this policy, PT Kowe Astrava Media acts as the personal data controller.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account information: your email and basic name when you sign in with Google or an email link.
  • Activity history: apps you download and like, and account notifications.
  • Wallet and referral data: balance, referral activity, and withdrawal history.
  • Withdrawal data: bank name, account number, and account holder name that you enter when withdrawing.
  • Anti-fraud data: to prevent abuse of the referral system, we store one-way hashes of the IP address and device user agent when a referral occurs. We do not store the raw IP address for this purpose.
  • Approximate location: we automatically detect your city/country from your IP address to personalize the display. We do not track precise location (GPS).
  • Standard technical data: device and browser type, for security and service improvement.
  • Data you enter into AI tools (text, images, or files), when a tool asks for input.

2. Basis and Purpose of Processing

We process data based on your consent and/or the need to provide the service you request. Purposes: operating your account, wallet, and withdrawals; showing content relevant to your location; preventing abuse of the referral system; meeting legal, accounting, and tax obligations; and improving the service.

3. Third Parties and Data Transfers

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Google: account sign-in, and processing of input in AI tools that use third-party AI services (including Google), under each provider's own privacy policy.
  • Involve Asia: affiliate network; clicks on certain product links are tracked by them for commission purposes (see the Affiliate Disclaimer).
  • ipapi.co: IP-based location detection. This request is sent from your browser.
  • Banks or payment providers: to process withdrawals and donations.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Indonesia. We try to choose providers that apply adequate data protection. If we work with additional advertising or analytics partners, this policy will be updated.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage that are necessary, namely: login session cookies (to keep you signed in); a referral code cookie (kept for about 30 days, to record who invited you); and a language preference cookie (kept briefly, about 1 hour, for visitors who are not signed in). You can delete them through your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with access controls limiting who can read it. We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, withdrawal transaction records). No system is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data secure. If a personal data protection failure occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the PDP Law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access and request a copy of your data, request correction, request deletion of your account and its data (except data we must keep by law), withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Contact us at support@unlockai.pro.

7. Age Limit

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you know this has happened, contact us so the data can be deleted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
