Terms of Service

By accessing or using UnlockAI (unlockai.pro), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service and the Operator

UnlockAI is operated by PT Kowe Astrava Media, a sole-proprietorship-type limited liability company (Perseroan Perorangan) established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia ("we", "us"). UnlockAI is a platform that provides AI-based tools and services built by us, and also links to third-party apps, products, and offers, including products promoted through affiliate networks.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Our AI Tools

  • Some tools run using third-party AI services (including Google). Their use is also subject to the terms of those providers.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you expected. You are responsible for reviewing it and using it wisely, including when used for commercial purposes.
  • Do not enter or upload unlawful content, sensitive personal data, or other people's photos or data without their permission.
  • The UnlockAI name, brand, design, code, and look and feel belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or pass them off as your own without written permission.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

Third-party apps, products, and links available on this site are provided by those third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their availability, security, sudden changes, or performance. You use them at your own responsibility and risk, subject to each third party's own terms.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One person may only have one account.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not: (a) create multiple accounts or use bots or automated scripts; (b) manipulate or game the referral, download, or reward systems, including referring your own accounts or fake accounts; (c) scrape or bulk-download content; (d) reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the security of the service; (e) use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.

7. Wallet and Referral

  • Wallet balance comes from rewards in the referral program. A reward is granted when a new user signs up through your referral link and then downloads a module, according to the program rules. Each person is counted only once. The reward amount is shown on the Wallet & Referral page.
  • Rewards may be held for a hold period, shown on the Wallet & Referral page, before they become part of the withdrawable balance. Referrals that look unusual may be reviewed first, and may be rejected if found to violate the rules.
  • Balance cannot be topped up, transferred between users, or used to pay for anything. It can only be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawal rules: the minimum withdrawal and the admin fee are shown on the Wallet & Referral page and apply at the time you submit a withdrawal. The admin fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw. You may save several accounts (up to 3) and may have one withdrawal request in progress at a time.
  • Withdrawals are processed manually by us, usually within a few business days. Your balance is deducted when the request is submitted; if the request is cancelled or rejected, the balance is returned.
  • The destination account must be in the name of the account owner. We check this manually and may reject a withdrawal if the account name does not match.
  • We may change the reward amount, hold period, minimum withdrawal, or admin fee with notice on the site. Changes do not apply retroactively to balance you have already validly earned.
  • We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or reject withdrawals of balance that appears to have been obtained through fraud or unusual activity. If your balance is held, you may contact us to provide an explanation.
  • If a recording error occurs, we may correct your balance (increase or decrease) with a stated reason, and you will receive a notification of the correction.

8. Donations

Donations (for example via QRIS) are voluntary support for developing the service. Donations do not grant additional features, do not become wallet balance, and are generally non-refundable, except where a provable transaction error occurred. Donations are received by PT Kowe Astrava Media as business income and are not charitable contributions.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any personal tax obligations that may arise from rewards you receive.

10. Suspension and Account Closure

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may also request account closure at any time. Valid balance that meets withdrawal requirements can still be withdrawn, unless it was obtained through violations or fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site, AI tool output, or third-party services linked here. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or modify features of the service. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site or by email. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept them.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through amicable discussion. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the competent district court in Indonesia.
